Everything will be rosy for the first 6-12 months, then you will be assimilated or offshored. No work from home, constant worries about next layoff. Raises, forget about it. CEO that gives a damn about you, nope... Welcome to IBM.

Work from home was canned last year, now everyone has to report to designated co-lo center.

Where you get to work with no assigned desk space, have daily scrums and ticket quotas to meet until your position is global sourced to some offshore lowest cost solution.

Noisy and counter to any possible productivity, very IBM like.

Right about the no suit an ties though.

That requirement went out years ago, no one in the trenches at IBM can afford good suites anymore.
