I came aboard via acquisition in 2017. I have never seen a company "get in its own way" the way Philips does on a daily basis. The Dutch need to get their hands off of North America before it is too late. Not only do they not "get" the US Market, they are unwilling to learn. Unfortunately, the Dutch don't trust Americans to do their jobs and they never hold each other accountable so there is no hope of the situation getting better. I am out of here as soon as I can find another role elsewhere.

Philips just bought another company call Bio Telemetry for 2.8 billion. It will be another US company to ra-e and pillage from. The Dutch are still into 17th century colonism.
They are Dutch so they have all the answers. Resistance is futile. Best to find another job.
Comp plans are ridiculous and no one makes quota anymore on our sales team. New hires are lured with an OTE number that less than 5% achieve.
Yes, and now we have a Brazilian from the favelas running healthcare in North America. He seems to feel that Americans are dumb and lazy. The beatings will continue until morale improves.
The logic checks out
