That s---s. I'd never feel safe on the sales side with Grainger. In my tenure I saw so many really good sales reps just turn over... it's a churn and burn culture. I think they've decided it's cheaper for them to continues to hire than keep people around. If you're on the customer service/operations side you're more safe as long as you dot your I's and cross your T's. Sales just eats people up and spits them out. It's really unfortunate to see when you see that and how it effects real people directly.

The whole inside sales division is getting axed in Miami. I've been with Grainger close to a year.

I'm guessing... or at the very least, no investment in additional branch personnel.
