Wall Street does not favor this acquisition, what does everyone else think?

Someone can always buy us, but as you can see in the market over the last 10 years, no one really likes EOR. It's believed to be a thing of the past and not as attractive as shale plays. I believe this is false thinking, but it is what it is. We need to combine with Kinder and move on. Coupled with their pipeline business, the EOR thing works.
Are we going to make it? Stock crashing since PV announcement and oil is down. Are we in a financial situation now where someone can buy us?
we didn't buy this for EOR!!!!
I don't understand how the company is supposedly about broke, trying to sale some fields.... then boom, spend 1.7 billion on an acquisition. Which word is the sale is off due to companies walking away due to to much liability and problems or DRI raising the sale price at last minute.
