Publix offers very little technician help, most full time techs have left for better jobs. supervisor is little to no help at all. our work environment has become more metrics based and they're constantly on you for not meeting metrics, you need to scramble all the time.
they want more from you, yet they always give you less.
pay is less than other retail companies and the work life has become more stressful than ever
