Every time something like this happens everyone gets reshuffled.
From an ELT perspective?
SG will leave next as it was assumed she was next in line to be CEO. Maybe the Board appointed NW because of his experience with navigating a volatile commodity market in the midst of a possible trade war. I’m not sure if her contract stipulates a certain time period regarding non-competes but it is probably best for her to leave earlier so she can get back in the game more quickly and be CEO somewhere else.
MO was always attached to TH. She will leave because she is not well regarded as she has decreased company morale during her tenure leading Human Resources. TH was her linchpin to the organization and now he’s out so she’ll follow.
The Business Units seem to always be in flux these days. But there were changes made recently so they will probably pump the brakes as not to rile any feathers.
JW and the sustainability team will be untouched. They’ve done a good job improving the company image.
I’m not sure what’s the deal with IT or the changes that will occur there.
