Horrible what Regions is doing to their employees and their clients. Never seen anything like it. Their warm banking feeling has disappeared. The employees look like washed out zombies whenever I would go into a branch. My banker after many years working there, quit! Bye Regions, I found my banker and I followed!

With the new structure Regions is doing now, they are making the bankers go by script - at all times. Scripted phone calls (solicitation calls) are maditory for employees 15+ per week, to try to make the customers open more accounts. Scripted statments pop up on the computers for employees behind the counter, and if not said or offered, bankers can get in trouble. Making bakers sign everyone up for their Refer a Friend program, who can you refer if everyone you know doesn't like Regions? Making bankers do discoveries to find out more needs, which will be emailed to the customer to make them think they need a product. Screening customers without thier knowledge for credit card offers. Pushing the bankers to meet sales goals. And much more. So yes, Bad Regions.
And you are an example of the leftover c-appy employees that Regions still employs. The great ones saw the writing on the wall and left. Do what is right, put people is BS to this company anymore. Oh and you won’t make your “bonus” when you have no customer base. Regions continues to starve for that. Waking into a Regions Bank is a joke.
Good riddance. We don't need your business. Probably didnt even pay any late charges or NSF fees. All I care about is my bonus.
