Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

Accenture India Interview - is it OK to have a beard? Beard or No Beard, That is the Question?

This is random but here it goes anyway. I am in India and interviewing with Accenture in person soon. I've grown a fairly long beard over last years and wanted to see if it's OK for Accenture. I have no issues shaving it but wanted to see what's your suggestion. I am not aware of any other employee forums for Accenture so here it goes anyways.

it will help if you give more details around which position you are applying for and which location , The new innovation hub is kind of cool which has a start up culture to some extend . My advice would be be yourself if people are going to get prejudiced by looking at your beard they are going to do that for every thing , all the best for your interview

Best forums for topics like this are reddit/accenture and agree, long beard in this modern day is a "no go," as global, public firms prefer clean cut, clean shaven presentation.

Put some relaxer product in it and smooth it all out. Start a similar looking western hipster fashion trend like they have in the metro areas. Get some skinny pants and pointy toe shoes to complete the look.

Shave it

There are no rules about this, but shaving it will make it easier

  1. His beard is spreading lazyness

  2. Beard is cause of proejct failure due to distraction

3 .women employee find it scary
