I have worked in other companies like Capgemini, IBM. Without doubt I can say that this is the worst company. In other companies you can atleast sense responsibility here and there but not in this one. The upper management are extremely lazy and cowards who don't have guts to solve problems. That's why cost optimisation is a 365 days process here. I have seen freshers thrown out of jobs and many of them used to leave the company in tears after submitting their resignation.
And that guy Anand Mahindra, the less we talk about him the better. He behaves like he is the savior that our country was waiting for in twitter and gives advices on how to develop the country while most of his ventures are completely rotten from inside and suffers with lack of leadership.
Avoid this company at all costs.
