I find it hard not 1 single Epic client is dissatisfied.

They do like to drop the axe on Monday’s. But none of the high price ones making all those dumb moves will get it. Got me last October and I can’t thank them enough!

Avenel, I doubt is anything more then a web based app. "Allscripts AI" = The ability to enter a zip code and have the other regional information default in is all Allscripts RD is capable of coding.

Allscripts' EHR products are hemorrhaging customers. The hope is the new Avenel EHR will be the next big thing and replace all our EHRs, but the executive team on it is so incompetent that, after over two years, they still haven't been able to sell it to a single customer.

Good catch. Somehow it was buried. With all the talks of upcoming Allscripts layoffs including the ones previous this year, anyone see any WARN filings? Can’t seem to find any in the States they operate.

A clue (management decisions?):

https://histalk2.com/

A KLAS report on how well EHR vendors serve non-US regional needs finds:

Epic performed best with no dissatisfied customers.

Cerner finished second despite not engaging proactively and often at extra cost.

No Allscripts customers report high satisfaction and they often feel they’re on their own to implement.
