Our return in cash from the Pivotal IPO stock sale gave us more money than Predix has made...It was actually a decent investment through the GE Ventures...

I first heard of plans of moving away from Cloud Foundry last year. Predix folks are not happy with CF and are moving to Kubernetes. This could be one of the rare correct moves as Kubernetes is gaining more traction over CF anyway.

In order for Predix to "go" it would have had to exist in the first place.

Wasn’t an Immelt failure. This was classic Ruh who doesn’t know sh-- about software. I’m sure he didn’t even make the call to bail out. Khozema who knows even less about software convinced Ruh to go all in on PCF..and it bit them.
