Sherwin-Williams Layoffs 2019

Sherwin's stock took a plunge recently, like many others, and their sales forecasts/sales results are not on track. The Valspar merger contained requirements that a certain number of Sherwin employees would be part of the layoff. Although the Sherwin employees were told this would NOT happen, sure enough it did. The best part, is that Sherwin is hiring, but not those who were laid off (those individuals did re-apply for positions). Life is one giant circle, those who are laughing that they did not get downsized may be in for a surprise one day, deservedly so.

Well I can tell you that is what exactly happen to all minorities employees within the credit department on Beltsville Md. Corporate office which was formerly DURON Paints . However a great deal of that was due incompetent managers . Allowing people that were unqualified to hold positions that they were no way suited for . Brushing ignorance aside for foolishness and unprofessional behavior which was brought to the managers attention numerous times. However it did happen to very skilled and devoted employees of many years . Which used our technique of customer service and our platform for credit to crush other competition.
