Regions does not want the bad rap that comes with layoffs, so they are attempting to make life a living hell so that people will quit on their own. Even the "fully staffed" branches are shorthanded because they have to cover the short-staffed branches(which are the majority of branches). Upper Management pretends to not understand why tellers are unable to make more telemarketing calls, and are scolding these hardworkers for not calling customers on the phone all day when they are usually on the teller line alone. Common sense has left Regions Bank.

Regions is telling customers to not come to the bank anymore and to use online and ATM, but what's funny is that as of this moment, the Regions mobile app has been down for three days, and everyone knows that the ATMs are always down on the weekends. Customers are p-ss-d because the only way to "unLock it" is to go on the App which is still down. Nobody's going to want to Lock It anymore.
