Is anyone able to log into Kronos at home or on a mobile phone. I am hearing that some folks are enabled to do so and can see their hours but I cannot. Is there a trick? Also, someone told me that a special license is needed and it's expensive for the company so only some people get it. I bet Kronos people get paid well...

Anytime you check your time you have to do range of dates and put in current work week only. Any time worked over 10 hours in a single day accrues ot and anything's over 40 hours in a single week as well. I found out the hard way. Got written up for 4 minutes of ot when I first started.
Topix was losing money, and they had to shut down. Honestly I think Facebook did them in as most discussions migrated to Facebook. Now, we needed anonymity so we stuck with Topix but it was not enough to sustain it. I think we and Lowes were the only two companies that had thriving boards there.
I guess, now we'll be meeting here.
I dont believe because of that that Topic wwnt down because other companies was on there too.
No and ever since this happened topix went down. I think topix and kronos are connected. If this is true then we all been had and they now know who everyone was on topix. I’m resigning this week!
@sln - That happened to me a few times.
You can be short on regular time AND at the same time be on overtime IF you work more than 10 hours on any given day.
If you work more than 10 hours in a day, any time past 10 hours is considered OT, regardless if you haven't reached the full 40 hr of the work week.
Why does my manager tell me i have 2 min of overtime when my time on Kronos is 39:55, how does this calculation work?
