The Layoffs are here. 140 personnel during the months of October and November 2018. Now there are new layoffs coming in December. One particular layoff comes from an account that has a contract until 2022 and has a profit margin of 34%. Clients are going to begin to challenge contractual agreements as services are not meeting agreed-upon SLAs. The rest of the team suffer from low morale. 95% of personnel have not seen raises or bonuses in years.

Any WFRs?
My colleague from the NOVA Transition and Transformation team got WFR'd today at 2:30. When there is one, there are others. But I'm not in the gossip pipeline, by intention.
