So when Avaya HR announced a global talent exchange program to relocate employees among Avaya locations to “share knowledge among employees” and all, I said not bad, sounds like a good idea. But when one discover that one of the first beneficiaries of this program is the CEOs daughter, kind of make go “hmmmm”.... is this a publicly traded company or a moms and pops shop up the street. Utterly repulsive.

The CEO’s daughter graduated from the GMDP program after a year or less (2 year program) while I remember the CEO (COO at the time) talking about how she literally does nothing and stays in her apartment in NYC that he pays way too much money for. Then she was “promoted” to a Channel Account Manager position. We used to call her Princess Chirico as a joke amongst us all. But to be fair, she is actually a nice person. Can’t really blame her for taking advantage of the opportunities she gets because of her fathers position.
What is the job title of the CEO's daughter ?
Did we got list of 20 people who got selected for this program? Or its gonna be secret.
