Sad thing is, Philips has slashed 3rd party monies every which way it can. Concur is a joke, and now all of the changes are just pissing people off. The new hires in upper management have never worked in the field, and have no idea what we do. A few years ago they removed the "work life balance" from all emails because there is none. And yet, we still get bashed on a daily basis about overtime and this stupid app we have to use is ridiculous. My 3rd party guy here in "mid-America" wouldn't take an FSE position that we've had open for 5 years bc of all the "Ted training" and everything else we have to do. Its a joke. Everyone worth a lick of salt is bailing except management. The managers (PM) they're bringing in are a joke. The FSE's get c-apped on, and all we have to do is fix sales mistakes. How is it FSE's have to have their CCNA but sales is not required to have any certifications to sell this stuff. Same with PM's. I understand companies change and evolve but as soon as I can jump ship I'm out. I know of 3 people that have left in the last 6 months and they told me what the exit interviews were about, and yet, we have no changes going on except things are now harder.
