I came to BD, in part, because a sustainability engineer came to give us a presentation. Seeing him in action and hearing from staff how incompetent he is, his training was milking cows. No practice of green farming practices and was laid off packing boxes at Westinghouse. Arrogant, overpaid salary low level managers who are not very smart, and have terrible management abilities are part of the reason why MD will be cut this spring. Executives at NJ have long been frustrated at the cost of low level salary managers who can't read, can't write and pretend they know everything. Dropping the ball on working with vendors and letting management have a reason to cut this spring. It is some of the low level managers that give to execs to outsource, outsource, outsource. I'm glad to have had this experience and hope jobs for low level workers stay.
