No dirt on the hands of OR as he takes over as if nothing has happened except a good ole "transformation". good luck as he leads this place into a black hole.

TBA acquisition was a Lund family deal.
Jeremy Lund was the primary "angel investor" in TBA.
VL on the board of TD in 2014 authorized the acquisition of TBA.
TDC shareholders have been being played for years.
Some of the top management should go to jail for what they have done to the loyal employees of the company. VL took a good company and ran it into the grounds while the top management and board watched in silence. OR has got a new job but some one should ask what has he done lately to improve the sales? Laying off employees to make the balance sheet will not save the company. I hope the whole Think Big acquisition will become a case study in business schools in future " how to take a good company and ruin it". I hope some of the laid off employees band together and take the company to courts for wrongful termination.
Not about clean hAnds or not... the tba acquisition was a total shambles. Repercussions of that still being seen. The sad thing is that the tba acquisition and subsequent integration was a case study in how to destroy a Consulting business. But the irony in all this is that the PS mgmt ‘leading’ the chaos still there and getting rewarded while good consultants let go. OR: look at the incompetence in PS leadership!
No clean 🖐 in THinkBig acquisition . The family come first
Unfortunately, it is not funny but very, very sad. But your sentiment is right on target!
Don't think this is something new -- current events are all part of the plan that has been executed over the last 2-3 years. "Targeted RIFs", "Laser-focused headcount cuts", blah, blah, blah. Whatever management wants to call it, the plan has been executed for the last 1-2 years.
There are no 'clean hands' on this management team -- far from it!
Funny how this plays out.....have a hand in running a company into the ground then get rewarded with promotion to ceo under the banner of ‘transformation’. Brilliant
