I encourage you to be persistent. Employees are scared to speak up because of the risk of losing their promised severance package. Due to the pattern of behavior, they are fully aware that HR is not on their side. They have been encouraged NOT to post on sites such as thelayoff.com. In house, access to thelayoff.com is actually blocked by IT. That's a fact. Look into it. Youtube is okay. Thelayoff is a big no-no.
Apopka city is as mismanaged as stupid Qorvo.
Strange how the layoffs and closure was not picked up on the local tv stations and newspapers
Hopefully in addition to the layoffs you'll highlight the tax relief this company got from Apopka just a few short years ago and what plans they have to avoid a blighted factory instead the jewel of progress they were promised.
