Thoughts? Is this a part of the strategy to get rid of people?

I say, I say, the goal was to put the chap's dangly bits and the jubblies into a proper vice you see. We gathered all the starkers and designed a voting regimen that no one understood, voted on it and therefore exonerate ourselves of proper blame. There is no plan to fix, back out or anything you see as this is not proper British actions. We leaders will be beating the bishop later collecting baby batter for future generations you see .. all the while sticking it to the balloon knots.

The real JK is back. There will be no bonus for non sales people because are an expense and we don't need you! We are pushing hard our star sales people who are making money for this company rather than being a liability. Make me more rich!!!!!
New comp plan in sales is def there to get us to linearity faster with a 50% drop in BCR. Management needs to hit a number by a certain date and is willing to make us hungrier to get there. You combine this with the fact that they cancelled SKO in Q1.... they are saving a ton of cash flow Q1/Q2. I think they are pushing for something very soon call it a merge or IPO. Hopefully it is successful and good for all of us and goes through, as it seems like a lot of people may starve/get axed for it... I know a lot of us have been waiting a while and have gone through significant changes for it!
No bonus since 2015 either, still don't understand what new plan you guys are talking about
To my knowledge the rank and file don’t get bonuses (at least not this rank-and-filer). Salary-only since 2015

For non sales , no bonus expected for 2019

Or is the incentive to get to linearity faster? Certainly preserves cash in 1H 2019. Read into that what you want.
It's usually preferable for people to quietly leave on their own. RIFs are not good for morale or publicity.
