@XAGQ5t8-3cxp - I doubt it. The Board seems OK with whatever he does. And why not? They're riding the gravy train, too.
I wonder if the shareholders will actually take action on ML with his "Say-pay"?
I just can’t come up with any reason why anyone would think it’s okay to share a meal during a business dinner. It must be an idea for “the office” and clearly a joke or weird test.
J: Mike you haven't even touched your meat after I cut it all into little offshore peices for you.
M: I am not hungry
J: Aww, you're thinking about Mr Hilton, aren't you?
J: I can tell. Aww... it must be difficult for you: getting rid of loyal staff. Just because he said horrible things about me running a 'chaotic HR' function. That must have made you so, so mad?
M: I am not bothered really.
J: Are you going to keep him on?
M: Yeah, I am yeah.
J: You are? But I don't understand. He was $200 million short of your - I have to say: 'very reasonable' global, budget target of over $30 dollars.
M: Yeah, I know, yeah.
J: You told me you didn't like him, do you remember? You said that any member of staff who is disloyal should be deprived of severance burn in the external fires of hell, clenching a red-hot pocker between their build, sell and deliveries.
M: Yeah, I know yeah.
J: Yet, you still want to keep him employed?
M: Yeah, I do.
J: Now are you sure about this? Because if you change your mind, that means I will have to ring up those Fidelity people again and get them to move another VP's stock-vesting date to a day after their final cure-date and that will be a right kerfuffle.
M: Yeah, I know, yeah.
J: So, you want to keep him?
J: Ok we'll keep him.
(Contract extended for a 60 day cure period)
M: I don't like him!
I am new and I don’t understand how this goes on. These stories of personal relationship, bullying and no real plan go back to CSC. Why hasn’t anyone done anything about this. We should find the board members and write. They know how bad it is, no one has put them on the spot to do their jobs.
MLs rein of terror has to come to an end!
The board has no option but to force him out and burn his stock options....NO SEVERENCE!!
Having a subordinate cut up your steak at the table during a business dinner....you can’t make that up! Lol
