Correct, Dexcom is laying off in all departments. In Arizona, Tech support and Customer Support cold turkey laid off as of yesterday at 3pm MST. The sensor manufacture facility still stands.
It's do to the continuation of the raising and maintaining the Stock Value. Plus the G6 sensor due to its 10 day expectation it is too costly to manufacture with constant replacement and expense FedEx shipment costs for 1 G6 sensor it has the potential of sending 2 additional G6 sensor replacement in order to full the 10 guarantee product effeteness expectations. Also Note the Signal Loss of the both G5 and G6 grey transmitter. I wore the G6 for 10 days and by the 3rd day I had signal on my Android for 30 minutes please document to FDA I was a trial PT.
Yup. 350 people will be laid off. It was announced in their Q4 earnings report.
Yup, outsourced jobs to areas/ countries like Philippines where min wage is way cheaper than California!
Guess that's one way how rich stay richer. Hard working, dedicated employees dont mean anything these days. Its always bout the $$$.
