Should have closed that asylum years ago. I bolted 15 years ago because of the toxic environment and hostile management.
I can only speak for myself but I'm glad the Roseville office closed. My last day felt like such a weight lifted. I ran to my car to get out. That place was as horrible of an environment as It could get. I couldn't handle one more day of listening to gossiping whiney a-- women coworkers b--ching all the time. I loved working for Allstate but some of the people in that office were unbearable to be around. nails on a damn chalk board.
Thanks for the update. Was wondering about friends up there and when their last day would be. Hope they find something to jump to as I know some that cannot relocate due to family circumstances. It's tough to lose your job when you've worked a long time for the same employer. I know if you perservere you willl find something. Best to all of you. Thank you for your service.
Yes, I believe the company announced all California Claim Offices will be closed over the next two years. Those in good standing and eligible for transfer will receive relocation assistance and have a job in Arizona. Thanks for the update, but old news.
