Sad for St Louis, Elk Grove, and other employees that are leaving. Those previously affected wish you well.

Homeshore on radar for specific centers or areas not all. Only leadership and HR really know.

I wonder how long, "long term" is.. a lot of posts here indicate homeshored are on ADP radar.

If I were you, I would be contacting every client, and ensuring they know that ADP is replacing their talent with cheap inexperienced millennials that are incapable of understanding (proven almost every time) and unwilling to do the work. Clients are already feeling the impacts of such poor leadership by Carlos and his circle jerks. Clients should fully understand that ADP is jeopardizing their data by sending it to India, etc. and exposing it outside of ADP. It will haunt ADP forever.

And people wonder why socialism and socialist political candidates are becoming legitimate options.

After 13 years I struggled with the decision to leave ADP. ADP was a good employer for many years, but it just isn't any more. Once cohesive teams, are now over-stressed, under-supported, and in constant fear of being layed off. I voluntarily resigned a few months ago. I'm happier, healthier, and sleep better. Zero regrets.

There may have been layoffs in Florence but I seriously doubt that they’re closing that office. The 250 or so employees there represent the entire Tax Credits business operation.

Lenexa office closure affects about 50 people. Mostly sales.

Feeling like a kid with my hand held high, waiting to be called on by the teacher. Lol. Ready to move my self, my investments-shares and 401k they have been using-and my talent elsewhere. Hourglass mode.

Looks like the cuts are not few. If you have been with ADP more than just a few years and/or are homeshored you are in danger of being cut.

And so it begins again. Closing offices and people losing their jobs. Sure there will be more offices also. They normally announce a few at a time.
