They are moving everyone from two buildings into one and eliminating two floors worth of office space. This was sent out this morning:
In 2016, we announced that we would create a new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Norwood. Over the years, we planned to transition a variety of cross-functional roles across RSNA to the new CEC. We have made substantial progress toward this goal and now have a significant number of CDK employees located in Norwood. This location is now one of our top three CDK locations by population.
As our organization evolves, it is always good practice to regularly assess how well we are using our work spaces across our organization. Our objectives in evaluating our footprint in Norwood are to ensure we are promoting teamwork, communication, collaboration and cross-training, as well as improving efficiencies. To further these goals, we are excited to share that we are currently in the process of reconfiguring our office space, so that the entire Norwood team will sit in Building Three.
This move will allow us to continue to focus on improving our customers’ experience, as well as foster a greater sense of connection and camaraderie with one other. We plan to have all moves in Norwood completed by March 31.
