There must be several smart people planning to leave once they have finally been paid for last year’s efforts, especially when the company can’t calculate what is due for Q1.

Whilst the return to customer focus and core business is a welcome change from the distraction of shiny new baubles and trinkets, it’s probably a little too late for people who think for themselves and are eminently employable elsewhere.

When employee trust levels sink this low it’s hard to get key minds back on track, especially with all of the brain trust efforts and social media posts from HQ.

If the people are “smart”, they shouldn't leave and let teradata make them redundant-that way they get paid severence at least.

This is not ethics deserved to the most ethical company.

You should not work in TD.

TD is polically correct and always think to employees first 🙃

When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

Think about why the organisation is doing things (people) with such urgency - things need to be in place for Q1 and Q2 for the next chapter...
