HNI leadership has been and continues to be a traditionally insulated group of Midwest males who believe who profess to be believers in the member culture but are nothing like the original founders. When Stan Askren took over it became a culture of intimidation where people were yelled at and disrespected for having opinions that did not align with Stan's. Unfortunately Jeff loranger the new CEO being trained by Stan has continued that tradition. It's really unfortunate based on the fact that the members are good hard working people who care about the company but leadership is more focused on their own financial and career aspirations.

I agree 100%. Compare top execs income/bonuses to the average income of employees. 18 years of employment and walked out the door. When manufacturing gets their way everything will look the same and be cheap and cheesy!
