Thread regarding Ocwen layoffs

Any chance people can transfer?

Does anybody know if Ocwen is going to give employees in closing locations a chance to transfer to one of the remaining ones? Or is this going to be a clean cut?

B and c wing have been closed for some time. Yet they are hiring new people where where leggings and sweatpants! Servicing is going to hell. This will not fix the problem.

My last day is in a few months. I am doing nothing for this company in the meantime and will spend my time looking for a job that actually values it's employees. They should have sent me packing earlier. Oh well. F this place and f MESSina.

funny GM was sad when he let NJ know of course might have been sad had to take $20,000 hit as director. Sec filing states they will only get $80,000

Heard manager and above in NJ got to go home and are paid for next 60 days but making the low end people work till the end in hopes they quit

Not sure you can call them bosses. More like id--ts dazed and in over their heads. Heard they are now consolidating everything to A wing and will close B Wing. Sad to walk around C wing not a person there.
