Think about this. They RIFFED A WHOLE CAMPUS! If it can happen in Norwood, the same thing can happen to any campus at any time. Yeah many of us saw it coming, the very low student count, the trying to lease space, the moving of space and resources internally, the large turnover of employees, not getting a straight answer from management, the Everything is Great Pep Rallies, the break room conversations, the low campus morale and the feeling that the only reason anyone comes to work now is to collect a paycheck or stick it out for the Severance Payout because of the time and energy they have invested at UTI? Does this sound familiar to any of you?

Everyone at Norwood needs to get out now don’t wait. You owe Uti absolutely nothing. Look for new work and get out.
that is correct. no clue when last day is. it s---s.
So I heard that the Norwood employees have no idea when their last day of work is? They're all waiting in limbo? does anyone know if this correct? Because if it is, it's very wrong.
Yes, there is definitely a lack of morale at our location. Everyone is on edge with the recent riff and Norwood is always there in the back of everyone's mind. the general consensus around here is that Kim and Friends are just kicking the can down the road and milking the whole thing as long as they can.
