Perspecta found a way to strip even more from benefits plan. Combine sick and vacation into a single bank and drop the total down.

The 401k plan is a joke also. They pay matching dollars every 6 months and if your leave employment before the pay out dates you don’t get that matching dollars. Plus it takes two years to be vested to get anything. Corporate greed.

Change the UNLIMITED PTO policy to this, with only a few weeks of PTO a year which includes PTO and vacation combined.... What a joke. Now you cant even take a couple hours out of your day for a doc appointment without utilizing PTO. For a salary based worker, this is a disgrace! Salary workers always put in more work. I know I will be clocking my 40 and leaving on time from now on. No lenience, no reason to work more. They are killing their workforce.

All companies do this now. There is less liability on the books and you dont take your sick time with you when you leave. It's sad. Some companies give you unlimited PTO and you cannot take it (cash out) with you when you leave - they ding you on your performance review if you take too much (they tell you your 'contribution' was lower as you worked less than other people) - so people are afraid to take too much - in the end the company wins.

The company exists to make money for the shareholders and not for the convenience of the employee. I support management in cutting the fat to establish a productive work culture. Enough with entitled employees running amok and not going into the office.

Why would you expect things to change? The health benefits choices were more expensive. This company is run by Mikes henchmen. It isnt going to get better. Keep moving.

Yes, I was shocked to see holidays cut as well as the number of vacation days I used to get by a couple. And add insult to injury if you are sick it goes against vacation!! Add to that still no raises and this company is turning out to be DXC in sheep's clothing. What a farce! Plus they still cannot match 401K every paycheck like a normal company would. I had held out hope for better, shame on me! I am so mad!
