Dollars and cents wise it was the stockholders like Jim cabela. However I look at it different on how people was effected more then just the dollar amount. in the word case situation Jim is living in the same house and maybe worth 3,7 billion instead of 4 biiiion. In comparison the ceo In the worst case he probably will not be getting three years worth of wages and benefits and miiiions and millions of extra bonuses. Instead may be looking to obtain other employment and with a record of breaking two several billion dollar companies a nighttime manager at Walmart or McDonald s may be obtainable i know.

Isn't time for you to give it a rest and move on?
What's done is done and nothing you could have said or done would have had any impact on the outcome.
I know you see yourself as some type of driving force in Sidney, with the ability to save the company and the community from it's fate and from itself.
I do feel sorry for you that you have to constantly dredge up the past. Most of us have moved on why can't you?
I wonder if a fund could be set up for people to donate to weather you are a ex director or ex Cabelas stockholder and wanted to do something to assist employees who may be effected by possible layoffs.
Suggestions has been made by people involved in this merger between these two companies on steps which could be done. Perhaps we could review the severance agreement at the time of the merger and analyze if the term of guartee severances of awarding the six directors probably close to thirty million dollars and the other close to thirty thousand employees nothing which the six directors approved and presented to the stock holders was in accordance with acceptable business practices.
Isn’t it time to move forward and leave this in the past? No comment can change what happened. Move on to a different topic.
