I've been with FXS for about a year now, I am in one of the non-Memphis branches. Anyhow, folks are mildly concerned with buyouts, but there is no freak-out and things are orderly - I guess people are feeling OK-ish overall. This is my first job after college and given my loan load, I really need this job - I am probably stressing more than I should - it's kind of hard to stay collected when you need that job but receiving 'we'll need less resources going forward' emails from the execs.
So, I find it worrisome but I calm myself down by saying that the execs know what they are doing and that they are trying to balance things out while the economy still runs at full capacity. I know that Express never had layoffs and that also puts me at ease (somewhat).
