The leadership here is ridiculous. They hire inexperienced managers that can’t work with anyone different then themselves. They are spending more money to make a book in trade than they sell in the hopes they’ll be able to compete with the big 5. They can lay-off all the designers and sales teams they want. It won’t change the fact that the books are poorly copyedited and poorly produced.
