When will our leaders learn that change by definition doesn't mean that things will change for the better? Change only provides the opportunity for a fresh start and to do things in a different way. Our leaders can lay people off all they want but things won't change while the same old ill practices and policies are in place, and while the same old toxic culture is present at the company. Maybe it would have been better if they did things the other the way around, keeping the people that gave their hearts and souls to the company and changing the mentality that got us here in the first place.
