Work from home has now been taken away as a perk for employees. Morale is already at an all time low and there is really no meaningful work in the pipeline. Only a matter of time before this company is totally gone.

The model is shifting as some teams are working remotely due to the space remodeling that is in progress. It is absurd that the company is spending (wasting) capital on such an effort where the future is a reduced workforce, hence reduced required real estate. With the impending mass layoffs that impending (very big for HMHS 500+, but also to include the business), this is a massive waste of funds. Kind of reminds me of the Welch/Immelt days of GE where they wasted plenty of money and eroded shareholder value.
