I am curious to know why so many people in R&D are resigning....? I am seeing this trend in US and India as well.

The main reason is no growth, the people above are glued to their position. Even if you spend 2-3 yeras and proved in same position they don't have anything to offer you.

The second reason is negative environment.

True, too much work at engineer level because of going agile and all the scrum non sense. No one have a clue to what they are doing....
