Get ready folks!! There's a real good chance that Kelly Services could be sold before the end of the year. Adderly children probably want to cash out and get their money.. With the announcement of last week of the corporate campus being sold and leased back, kind of shows their hand. Expect more cost cutting in 2020!! Don't drink managements Kool Aide. Have an exit plan!!

Kelly Services has decided to complete gut the entire field management team. Hundreds of employees with Hundreds of years of combined experience laid off to improve the bottom line. No Field Management position spared. Obviously customer service is no longer a focus of the company and another sad chapter in what was once a great staffing company and one of the leaders in the industry. It appears that they are destined to become the next Sears!

Unfortunately this company has been mishandled by the executive ranks who, in most cases, have absolutely no idea what the nuances are within the staffing industry. Corporate is like working in congress where it is necessary to go along if you want to stay around for a while. To bad because this company us to be one of the great ones and now it is being run into the ground by management without a vision!
