@2gjt - Do you have a source for this? According to the Department of Education site as well as FASFA paperwork, it states that it is up to the school receiving the funds to decide how to distribute the money -

“Generally, your grant or loan will cover a full academic year and your school will pay out your money in at least two payments called disbursements. In most cases, your school must pay you at least once per term (semester, trimester, or quarter). Schools that don’t use traditional terms such as semesters or quarters usually must pay you at least twice per academic year—for instance, at the beginning and midpoint of your academic year.”

It’s been reported that the school received the money, unless you know something we don’t?

This is the receiver’s fault. DCEH is not in control. It’s the federal government that releases the money and the receiver is from the federal government. Clearly, Davos is clueless.

When are the powers that be going to stop feeding us lies. Those few of us left on the front lines are the ones having to deal with these students. It's our integrity at stake.

They have no balls. They can't even face us and continue to give us b---s--- excuses.

We are not stupid and neither are the students.

I hope DCEH ends up facing criminal charges.

Brent Richardson stuffed the money into his Mercedes AMG before he snuck away. While he was at it he took a few pieces of office furniture with him.
