Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Just Rumors?

I'm beginning to think that all of these rumors are just that, rumors. There seems to be very little chatter at Frito-Lay HQ and that's unusual prior to a big announcement. The only rumor that seems legitimate is the one where Frito-Lay will be losing 2 more Regions. I guess only time will tell.

Heard that number of beverages regions will be cut in half. Makes sense to do that but not good for the people losing jobs. Beverages needs bigger cuts as revenue declines with no end in sight as consumer tastes are changing

NAN was last year. Heard in October they’ll do layoffs again February 2019. Gatorade didn’t do great again in 2018. Hiring freeze and travel ban already kicked off. Same story every year. Hate to see people go.

That may be the case for FLNA. But for PBC, I would bet my house that we'll be faced with large org changes/layoffs
