I did not......so I will keep sitting on my hands. Projects can wait. These are critical initiatives for Windstream, but not to me !! See how this works management?
I received a 10% merit increase this year.
Being asked to expedite a project, while I am asking how many more years without inflation adjustments to salary. And the standoff continues. Hope those that did get raises and bonuses in 2018 are taking up the slack for the overburdened and underpaid folks left behind!
An overly stressful job, with no incentives, no support, and a bleak outlook for any cultural recovery.
At least we have a job! Can’t complain about that.
Cannot be growth company if you cannot afford to pay employees. Perhaps some mo--ns think execs actually do the work and approve of them hoarding all the compensation dollars. I am pivoting my attitude in 2019 until some fairness comes my way. That is MY 2019 priority JB an TT !!
I read the responses and I’m not sure why people continue complaining.
Windstream is Pivoting and shedding anything and everything except pay for VPs and up.
It’s not going to change in the next 12 months, so why do people keep posting the same stuff.
This is a lay-off site, not a message board for people to whine about having a job.
My family is stressed due to no pay adjustments for so many years! I wish I could share this pain with the Leadership. Completing projects for Windstream is not a priority of mine any longer!!!
Of course the bonuses go out ...trips for the fortunate few ... not everyone will feel the pain...but karma will win in the end!
