“dceh is more wicked and evil”

Don’t forget who started DCEH, Dream Center Foundation.

Somehow, and I’m sure they prepared for this shell game, but somehow DCF needs to be held accountable and provide the funds to meet all the missed paychecks.

it's time to file another type of lawsuit - time to start flingin' the dirt now some of us have on them

dmh that was in 2015 with edmc -- unfortunately - dceh is more wicked and evil -- and won't admit that we have all been 'terminated'

I called fidelity and am also unable to rollover the funds. They said they needed to wait for Dceh to verify that I’m not employed there. I left 6 weeks ago and my money is stuck.

I went through the EDMC late 2015 layoff. Fidelity released my full 401k in a check which I promptly drove to Merrill Lynch to start an IRA. You should be fully vested. Hope that helps-I know it helped the stress of my layoff to know I had a rainy day fund until I got over the shock and back on my feet.

You can't withdraw from 401K until DCEH informs Fidelity that we've been terminated. Right now they still show us as being employed and we can't rollover to another account.

@jpo

In what way are they preventing you from accessing your 401k? What needs to be "released?" That's your account with Fidelity. You can call Fidelity right now and discuss your 401k. There hasn't been an employer match in years, so are you taking about 1 or 2 paycheck's worth of your employee contribution? You can adjust that to zero at any time if you're worried about that moving forward. Not sure what you're getting at with your post.

sound like we need a class action law suit...

DCEH better release all 401ks immediately. Disgusting company not only steals money from students, doesn't provide severance and steals money from employees....but prevents employees from accessing their vested 401 k. And also informs employees they may not qualify for unemployment. Crooks are going down!

No... still no set plans on when. And it looks like he is still banking on the DoE to bail him out. He must suffer from delusions of grandeur.

I read the documents but didn’t see anything about WHEN he plans on following through with this plan to pay everyone... did I miss something?

Since we can’t upload docs... I figured the easiest way to get them out was to post on social media
