BusinessWire - Thu Apr 18, 10:08AM CDT

Altice USA (NYSE:ATUS), one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States, proudly announces that it has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's "Best Employers" for 2019.

"Every one of our employees across the company deserves to be celebrated for this tremendous achievement because it's with their commitments and attitudes that Altice USA is a great place to work," said Dexter Goei, Altice USA CEO. "It's thrilling to see how our people - both long-tenured and new - have come together to make Altice USA a special place. I'm extremely proud of the company we've built together and know we have no limits on the heights we can reach."

In collaboration with online statistics partner Statista, Forbes asked approximately 50,000 people across America working for companies with at least 1,000 employees across 25 industries to evaluate his or her employer in order to field this year's rankings. Topics in the survey included talent development, benefits, workplace, company image, and communications, among others.

Recently, Altice USA was recognized as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality after scoring a perfect 100 on this year's Corporate Equality Index - the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's prestigious national ranking that recognizes workplaces with policies and practices that create inclusive environments for le---an, g--, bis-xual, transgender and queeremployees to thrive.

The company has also been recognized by Cablefax Magazine for its leadership on diversity and inclusion related efforts within the cable and telecommunication industry.

Forbes should have at least looked at the employee reviews on glassdoor. The average rating is 2.3,

which is literally one of the lowest scores so far.

https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Altice-Reviews-E1315515.htm

Other worse companies such as Alorica were considered "one of the worst companies to work for in America" on many sources last year in 2018 with having an average rating of 2.6 on glassdoor. The high turnovers in Altice USA do not only apply to call centers, sales, and other B2C roles but also those working in B2B roles that mainly involve Engineers (OSP, Network, NOC, DevOps, DOCSIS, etc.), management, etc. There were negative reviews on glassdoor reports by those working in B2B roles including a former director.

Billions what billions they spent chump change on that junk fiber in France and sold it for 2 billion this ftth is a money play it will be sold just like light path will be no light of day how can no one sees this. What was done in Altice Nv will be done here

If Forbes really did do any research they would have asked to see the results of the last employee survey. Altice did this survey and did not release the results to it’s employees because the results would have been detrimental to Altice’s image. Altice has poor management structure and no care for its employees or customers, it is also spending billions of dollars on an outdated technology. Fiber to the Home was done by Verizon years ago and has been stopped as the newest technologies are wireless systems, 5G would have been a better investment for the future then FTTH.

What a joke. This company went to sh-- as soon as it was sold. People used to work here because the benefits were good, now we don't even have that. They have taken away or ruined literally everything. Would I recommend working here to a friend. Hell no.

You need to do your homework and reach out to the proper management. "Ed Assist" as a company is gone for ATS. You cannot access it through Ed Assist because we don't have that. We do have tuition reimbursement though. I am currently doing it. There's a form you need to fill out etc. We don't have access to the advisors via ed assist site.

dude I read it, it says nothing about ATS

The people who voted for this have never worked for ATS.

Its saying you like Ham and yet you have never eaten it.

But good post management.

“Note: This applies to all Altice USA employees, except for those in a collective bargaining relationship with or without an agreement. This does not apply to Altice Technical Services.”

Read it and weep, that benefit is gone.

Post ID: @YDkenC8-pdf

How about you are going to my ALTICE and try to do tuition reimbursement, oh wait they took that away for ATS. At least AUSA has it

The key to that article is AUSA...not ATS
