Seven resignations within two months? That group can't keep people, you would think mgmt would take an honest self assessment. Same thing happened about a year ago. Apparently, the section is the dumpster fire of Noble Energy

More gone, and nothing has changed a bit. Favoritism and low morale rumors still running rampant.
I like the post regarding "now some real work is getting done." Your self-importance is laughable. You're not Captain Planet saving the world from looters. In some form or fashion, you're a revenue accountant, supervisor, or manager, doing nothing more than recording the sale of hydrocarbons. Any work that is getting done is not reviewed; a major reason we're in PPA hell.
The body of your post belies the inherent problem in our group. If you're a rev or sr rev acct, who are you to judge your coworker(s) performance? If you're in a supervisory position, why don't you address performance issues to the appropriate worker?
Everybody pointing fingers and nobody taking responsibility.
Those so called "clowns" were good workers. The clown that made the post must be part of the few, the favored and the brown nosing because no work is getting done with little to no experience on the floor. Loose lips sink ships. Good luck ya clown.
Good riddance! I have no idea why they weren't asked to leave years ago. Most ineffective and unproductive group of people I have ever encountered. Glad to see those clowns leaving. Now some real work is getting done.
Certainly no infectious positivity in the group. With a turnover rate that surpasses retail, probably more than just a few bad apples as previous poster states.
Negativity and lack of teamwork left with the first of the nine people and then the followers left so its a change that is needed to build a better team...good luck taking your negative, infectious tearing down attitudes somewhere else.
Correction there have been NINE resignations in two months. That is a faster exodus than last year. There's good reason for it.
Writings on the wall folks. Noble is no longer a company you can retire from.
at least we got the three old white men in the executive suite.
People are jumping ship all over the company. It is a husk of a shell of a waste product.
