Ok all 3 company meetings done ! Hope you guys that are voting no know where you stand ! For the guys voting no if you still can’t see thru the b---s--- . The company is begging us not to go . Just so you understand the union has never begged us to come to them . Still knowing that we want them they still leave us alone . Why is that ? Remember we know who the definite yes are and we will know the count after . Good luck if you need help cause the company is writing you up because your van isn’t locked or you left at 750 and not 8. Btw good job today Earl way to stick the company for 1000$ for the day .

Cool story bro
I know unions. I still have etched in my mind the Hennis Truck Lines. A union tired to elbow their way in. The guy started calling in sick.
Upon the advice of the Union who hadn't been able to force Hennis to give in yet, they all called in sick on a Friday. WOW what a difference. Monday morning at all the terminals the announcement was made, that went something like this: "Our employees and the outside Union have forced our hand. You may all get all you belongings and leave the premises. Hennis is no longer in business.
It became a b--ching contest all the way out of the parking lots. They all lost their jobs, incomes and some lives financially ruined. All the while the Union reps just shrugged their shoulders, packed up, left and went on search to find another company to try to leech off of.
If you think Unions have your best interest at heart, you are a fool. The dues you pay or to hire them to pretend to care. These services are already competing with the expense of power bills. It's not going to take a lot, for customers to simply do without.
Sure the Union isnt begging, they only write into the contract thst you HAVE to pay dues or have no job.
They dont have to beg when they can force you.
Wait a second.... They had the audacity to stick Earl on you guys??
Follow the lead already set for you by Oakland, Lodi, & Newark
let go the stress and Vote YES
"we", the definite yes crew. If you're not invited into the circle, then you must be a "no" cause you're a snitch. unreal
Just cause you went to a meeting doesn’t mean we are counting you as a yes , we know cause we talk to each other everyday about this and we would know if one of us wasn’t down with this . We all have families like Bob says and we have all discussed this over and over again so I’m pretty sure we would know . And if you are one of us then you are spineless
Ok well we’ll see Good Luck !
have you spoken to everyone in the shop except for the ones that are a "yes". Let me guess, it's all the guys that went to meetings and signed cards right? Strange. I went to a meeting, signed a card and probably a no. There's people who are simply unsure of things and wanted more information so waited on signing until the vote. Signing a card simply meant there was interest. I did not sign a card as a "yes".
We’ve had to listen to mgmt and supvs and techs that came from other depots to escape the union and turn other techs against it who don’t know any better talk c-ap about it for 2 months . Now we here guys saying well if it’s gonna go maybe we should get on board . That ship sailed my friend! Trust us we know who’s in
Obviously you were one of the No’s to be talking like that . does anybody have any union experience ? This is new to all of us but anything is better then what the c-ap ats feeds us ! And trust me we know who the no’s are
You have no idea who is a definite yes except for yourself. You also have no idea is a definite no. I signed a card and I'm still not sure if it's the right thing to do. Unless everyone's name is on the vote (which it's not) you have no clue what you're talking about. The fact that you're joining a union and threatening to not help people as a steward is seriously messed up. You do realize I do not have to go through you for help right? Are you the same one that said you on't have any union experience? Thumbs up buddy
