Great one Joe, but do the former top 50 get it yet? Your "board takeover" is interesting but results in Zero ownership of leadership and usual suspects positioning themselves.
This is sickening to observe when they have less entitlement than former division heads who at least knew and understood their fields rather than getting prompt cards from communications.
We observe behaviours and manouvers of self preservation and self selection without due process in the top layers.. this is not empowerment or ownership culture.... you say you want change, good luck. You had lots of us bought into 2020+ vision before we had to witness implementation. Please sort. Thanks.
