This company has become a serious sh--show. Upper management has no clue what their employee's job's consist of. Their definition of training is online or on the phone and you're expected to remember it. Absolutely no resources or job aids to reference. The culture is like a damn prison you are micromanaged my someone that only sees numbers. Zero appreciation for the employees and they are not for the members. Read the board on CVS! Seems like the same there. Nothing but greedy uppers that have no values or ethics. They see numbers and dollar signs and that is it. Can't wait to see the outcome of this federal hearing. They are really doing a bang up job pissing this judge off. Karma's a b--ch and I am praying I get to see her in action with this one!!

Supervisors and the Director are following what they are told to do. They do not have the power to change workflows or influence our jobs. They are told to audit and are being reviewed on the details of their audits.
I'm on the Aetna side and I concur with you. Supervisors and even the Director fail to understand front line barriers and actual job roles. Constantly changing workflows without the systems being updated yet auditors are merciless with their audits. Left hand does not know there is even a right hand. Our caseloads are scary low levels and we have meetings of 'feel good' sessions and wanting ideas how to fix things when they don't listen to suggestions anyway and most importantly there are not enough patients to work with so the rest is null. Scary times.
Welcome to the CVS way. I'm a store manager and I can tell you, most of us f---ing hate it here. It s---s because this actually was a good company years ago but now we're just swirling down the toilet. A couple managers in the district are looking for new employment. I feel bad for you guys. You don't deserve this.
