Have You Been Asked To Update Your "Talent Profile" in One People One Place?

Last week, I was.

For those that don't know, a "talent profile" is something like a resume.

If I'm going to update my resume, maybe I should send it out too.

Have you been asked to update your talent profile in One People One Place?

Do you think it has any significance with respect to job actions?

"We always told employees" ...

And who are you? An employee? Or the Queen of England?

It is to create your internal profile page.

We always told the employees to keep it up to date although a lot didn’t.

During times of shifting people between units ie rotation that page can be used when other unit mgr don’t know you.

Do you have any new management who needs to know your background? I can't believe this thing is still around. It was launched around 2014 during the transition of jobs from NJ (as opposed to the higher ratings we usually got under previous management, doing the same work) even though I was assured it had nothing to do with my not relocating down to NC - yeah right.

Years ago, we had something similar to a talent profile that we were asked to update periodically, but not recently nor in One People Place? I’ll post again if it does happen!
