Your job codes will change which will give you not more money but a nicer title. Upper management incompetence will reach new highs. If you want more pay, leave and then come back since they are at a point to pay a premium for anyone outside of the company with a pulse. For upper management and sales this is a cash grab and a reason to pad their current and future network with travel under the guise of business that does not result in new sales.

You guys that still work there get out from this corrupt management only interest is stock price and eventually take out in 1 year.
Build up the war chest and forego any discretionary spending. The ride is about to get bumpy!
The culture is nonexistent, there is big For Sale sign in front while management wait to cash checks. Place is total mess and only savior is competent management and new stable company to take us out. The executives couldn’t run a coffee shop.
