Does anyone at HCL have any inside information about the USA Xerox deal starting 4/1/2019? They took 6000 people from Xerox and made us all sign agreements to be HCL employees. Wondering how quickly they will start firing the new employees?

HCL is systematically and slowly following through with the offshoring and reducing full-time the 6000 employees that were part of the expanded strategic partnership with Xerox. C Vijayakumar President & CEO, HCL Technologies had to do damage control when an email outlining the executive plan to offshoring or dismissing the majority of those employees. He released an official denial indicating the numbers were grossly overstated yet failed to mention it actually overstated how many employees would be retained. His email is another illustration of the blatant lies the deceitful, unqualified, board pleasing executives will release placing profits over employees. The separation letter indicates that alternative positions were considered however NONE of those 6000 employees have been offered an alternate position.
My husband received his notice today. Has 60 -90 days, Thank you CARL!
I was told by my manager that this layoff was all Xerox. Supposedly, Brand X was footing the bill for our salaries for the first year. They reneged on their end of the deal. Gotta get Carl's stock up to 40 a share.
Well The answer arrived last week and this week Those that transitioned to HCL from Xerox were given their 60 day notice. No word yet on severance, but that is how HCL has been since we transitioned. Silent!
Where are all the HCL people that said the leak that came out about how they were going to take over and eliminate departments was a lie. Where are they now? Everything that got leaked out is happening now. Liars.
We are untouchable at least 6 months according to HCL contract.
Let me guess...
HCL has no severence policy because they have never had a mass layoff
HCL employment agreement was drawn up by a 5th grader
HCL HR person for your transition is very unresponsive and in general doesn't actually answer questions
They're still struggling to get us onboard.
